Position Overview
The Human Resources Consultant is part of a team of HR professionals who provide consultative advice to business managers and owners nationwide through two primary channels. First, the HR Consultant receives member clients' questions, concerns and issues by email, and is responsible for drafting thorough and thoughtful responses. Inquiries involve compliance, relationship, and regulatory topics, and responses must be accurate, concise and professional. Second, the HR Consultant is invited to make regular contributions to the HRAnswerLink newsletter, which includes articles highlighting HR best practices, tips and general advice.

Compensation is based on the number of satisfactory responses submitted to client inquiries.

Position Overview

The sales process involves making contacts, presenting the product, agreeing to terms, and reaching a final signed agreement. Our primary affiliate base includes insurance companies, payroll groups, CPA firms, associations, chambers of commerce and franchises.
