Dennis is the founder, President and CEO of HRAnswerLink, Inc. Dennis holds degrees in accounting and data processing, and has over 35 years of executive experience in Silicon Valley business, including in the commercial facilitie
management and temporary personnel and staffing industries. Dennis is recognized as an expert in the area of online
solutions for small businesses, and has been a featured speaker at industry conferences across the country. Dennis lives
with his wife, Stacie, in Fremont, California.
Managing Director
Nathan is an associate at the law firm Perkins Coie LLP. His primary area of practice is commercial litigation. Before
entering law, Nathan worked as the Director of Strategic Planning for HRAnswerLink, Inc., and as a management
consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Nathan also worked as a teacher through Teach for America in Atlanta,
Georgia. Nathan holds a J.D., with high honors, from the University of Chicago Law School, and a B.A., with honors, in
Public Policy from Stanford University. Nathan lives with his wife, Lyndsay, and their son, Matthew, in Portland, Oregon.
Director
Kent started his career with the Navy, heading the department responsible for maintenance of classified missile control
guidance systems. After obtaining a B.S. in Business Administration from the Menlo School of Business, Kent worked in
sales and marketing for a variety of companies, including as a national accounts executive for the Standard & Poor’s
Corporation. In 1992, Kent became President and Chief Operating Officer of Iverson Financial Systems, Inc. Kent retired
from Iverson Financial in 2004, and is currently focusing his time on his family, golf and volunteer activities. Kent lives with
his wife, Mary Ellen, in Copperopolis, California.
Director
Amy is an associate in the Research Triangle Park office of the law firm K&L Gates LLP. Her primary area of practice is
health care law. She has published and presented on a number of health care legal issues, most recently publishing an
article on health care reform in the National Law Journal. Before practicing law, Amy worked as a management
consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Boston, Massachusetts. Amy holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an
A.B. in history and science from Harvard University, with magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. Amy lives with
her husband in Durham, North Carolina.
Director
Tricia is the Director of Business Operations at HRAnswerLink. In addition to managing the daily functions at
HRAnswerLink, Tricia directs the company’s marketing and public relations activities. Prior to joining HRAnswerLink, Tricia
spearheaded the marketing department for Berberian European Motors and the SpanosBerberian Wine Cellars. Tricia
holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA in Business Management from the University of the Pacific. Tricia lives
with her children, Madisyn and Benjamin, in Stockton, California.
