Message from the President

In the early 70’s I came out of college and my first job was as a retail controller for Montgomery Ward. That was the last time I worked for a company that would not be considered a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).

In the late 1990’s, I started to believe in the power of the emerging internet technology and envisioned this new delivery method as a way to provide high-value, low-cost services to small and mid-sized businesses.  I wanted to build products and develop a distribution channel that allowed us to deliver services and capabilities that at that time were only available to largest corporations with big budgets and large IT staffs.  The goal was – “Build a bundle of HR tools that would let a 50 person company afford to do what only a Fortune 500 company could do”

To begin accomplishing this goal, on January 1st, 2000 Kim Aaron and I opened a consulting company by the name of Abraham-Aaron. Our firm was dedicated to helping these small and mid-sized businesses manage their employees.  As I pursued “the goal” I quickly learned that building these services from the ground up was both timely and expensive so when given the opportunity to purchase HRAnswerLink in 2001, I jumped on it!

In 2006 we legally adopted the HRAnswerLink, Inc. name and continued shaping it into the company it is today.  With the strong and enduring relationships with our employees, affiliates and business partners, and a business model of “branded affiliate distribution” we’ve truly been able to build the services and tools that push us closer to the goal that was established a decade ago. We are now proud to offer six products under the HRAnswerLink family name: HR Support Center, HRISLink, CRMLink, HRAudit, HR EAPLink and PosterLink.

  • The HR Support Center is a turn-key web-based program providing you with the tools needed to handle the legal, regulatory and relationship needs within a company. With a personalized consulting service, we go above and beyond in ensuring that we can assist you with any company specific matters.
  • HRISLink is our solution to help automate the HR, payroll, management and accounting activities for your clients. With a flexible design, we give you the necessary tools to facilitate processes to meet your business specific needs.
  • CRMLink allows our affiliates to effectively manage their customer relationships. From a lead, opportunity or a client, this product gives you the tools necessary to handle all interactions in an organized, easy-to-use and fully customizable way.
  • HRAudit is a Lead Generation Tool that provides a link that can be placed on multiple websites for prospects to take an HR Audit. Prospects take the audit - you get an instant lead!
  • HR EAPLink provides employee access to services intended to help deal with personal or job related problems that might adversely impact work performance, health and overall well-being.
  • PosterLink provides Affiliates with a branded compliance poster subscription program.

These services are available via a privately branded channel, allowing our affiliates the opportunity to provide the products on either a value-added or revenue generative basis. Our affiliates include: insurance providers and brokers, payroll services bureaus, PEO’s, CPA’s, banks, franchises and associations.
