Company History

HRAnswerLink is a privately owned corporation based in Pleasanton, California with an office in Portland, Oregon and a network of HR Professionals across the United States. We offer SaaS based, custom branded HR services to nearly 50,000 small and medium sized businesses.

Our initial product, the HR Support Center, was developed in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1997 under the name HRAnswerLink. HRAnswerLink was a consulting client of Dennis Abraham's and in it he saw the opportunity to build a bundle of HR tools that would let a 50 person company afford to do what only a Fortune 500 company could do, his goal as an independent consultant. It wasn't until 2006 that the name the HR Support Center was born and the vision for creating branded HR Support Centers was brought to life. Today the HR Support Center is branded by over 350 affiliates in multiple industries, all across the United States.

Just last year we opened The Handbook Center in Portland, Oregon to better serve our Pro Services clients. In addition, this allows us to offer a handbook-only option through HandbookCenter.com. With a growing number of HR Pro Handbook Specialists providing the manpower and technology aiding in the collaboration of our staff and clients, hundreds of handbooks are provided to small businesses each month.

Through our HR products and services we support thousands of SMBEs each day. We learn something from each and every one. Those experiences have led HRAnswerLink to where we are today.
