To our valuable affiliates,
HRAnswerLink is proud to be the leading provider of HR compliance and regulatory consultants for the last 10 plus years. We have been providing products and services to the business community that gives our clients the knowledge and tools to deal with HR issues. The introduction of our CRM and HRIS products moved us into a new territory unknown but exciting to us: the technical and administrative level of service. Although we find these services to be extremely important to the growth of the service bureaus we serve, the focus, time and resources we invested in them took away from our core competency as HR consultants. For that reason, we began the search for a buyer who would continue the expansion and improvement that myHRAdmin and BureauLink deserves, while supporting current affiliates. The decision to sell was not made lightly or without considerable thought.
After many months of conversation with multiple organizations it was obvious iSystems was the ideal company to take these services to the next level of sophistication. Their commitment to the products (and more importantly to our client base) was a key factor in this decision. iSystems also demonstrated a commitment to our clients who t currently utilize iSystems software. HRAnswerLink and iSystems are dedicated to providing a smooth and secure continuation of services. The only thing that will change is the enhancement of technological resources and staff to improve and expand both products.
This transition of product ownership is only for these two products: myHRAdmin and BureauLink. The HR Support Center, EAPLink, HR Academy and all the other regulatory and compliance services are still owned and managed by HRAnswerLink, Inc.. While we will be discontinuing our office presence in Kentucky, we are very pleased to announce that our newly expanded HR On-Demand Operations Center is officially open in Portland, Oregon. We look forward to 2013 as we continue to expand into new industries and enhance our existing services.
