HRISLink Overview

HRISLink is designed to efficiently fulfill these requirements. HRISLink provides the ability to track unlimited data by employee, this allows the flexibility to accommodate industry specific and government requirements. HRISLink provides a central repository for storing company specific documents providing ease of access for users in the system. HRISLink’s rules based notifications allows users to customize notifications to their company’s requirements. Reporting in HRISLink is simple, flexible and powerful, including the ability to incorporate charts and graphs for management and metric reporting. Dashboards provide “at a glance” overviews for any information within the system that is of importance to the user. For more complex processes HRISLink’s Workflows allows the most complex (or even simple) processes to be automated and tracked with full history through to completion.

  • Customizable: Ability to add unlimited data tracking fields.
  • Dashboards and Custom Reporting: Build reports via point and click wizard, including, graphs, cross-tab, summaries and more. Then display those reports on Dashboards displaying both graphs and detail optionally. Need reports on a regular basis, any report can be scheduled to generate on a recurring basis via email.
  • Integrate to 3rd Party Applications: Full API capability to integrate to any 3rd party application, such as payroll, ERP, benefits, on-boarding and more.
