Sales Representative
Position Overview
This sales position is responsible for selling HRAnswerLink Managed HR Support Centers and other products and services within a specified territory or industry. The sales process involves making contacts, presenting the product, agreeing to terms, and reaching a final signed agreement. Our primary affiliate base includes insurance companies, payroll groups, CPA firms, associations, chambers of commerce and franchises.
Essential Functions
- Find, generate and develop new affiliate partners
- Create awareness and demand for the company products and services
- Identify potential affiliates' needs and interests and effectively communicate how HRAnswerLink can meet those needs and interests
- Develop and implement effective sales strategy
- Prepare quotes and contracts for potential affiliates
- Close sales
Minimum Qualifications
- Outstanding computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and general Internet familiarity
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
